Managing Maternity
Managing Maternity was one of the pioneers of corporate maternity coaching and maternity management in the UK. From 2005, we partnered with a remarkable array of forward-thinking organisations and people and saw the maternity coaching field grow to maturity. Many organisations are now ready to put maternity management initiatives in place as a natural part of talent retention and employee benefits. By 31 January, 2010, we felt ready to move on and turn the page on that first chapter, closing the company. We are proud of our success, grateful to our team of Associates who supported and worked with us, and pleased to have made a difference together with our clients. Anna Hayward is moving on to new interests, Jennifer Liston-Smith continues to work in this field.
