Founded by Directors Anna Hayward and Jennifer Liston-Smith, Managing Maternity Ltd. helps employers take a strategic approach to maternity management. We help you look at the three levels – organisation, managers and individual women – to address how best to retain and support women through maternity, return to work and early parenting.
We are a team of 13 women consultants, coaches and facilitators who have all worked at senior level.
Between us, we bring first-hand knowledge and experience of virtually every business sector imaginable, including the public sector, which means we can put together a team who can understand your needs and those of your business with ease.
We also bring a depth and breadth of knowledge to the subjects of women’s development and maternity through our commitment to research and the use of appropriate psychological models.
