Management Guidelines

We will work with you to produce a unique set of guidelines, which will:

• Give managers a structure for planning the maternity leave period, return to work and communication with each individual employee
  
• Help managers evaluate the case for and implications of flexible working for the individual and team
  
• Help managers understand the transition women go through, including the psychological and diversity aspects
• Provide case studies which help them see typical scenarios from a different perspective
• Encourage managers to recognise how their behaviour and approach can impact the successful return to work of women on maternity leave
• Motivate managers to draw on further internal and external support
